What's it all about?

It's 'Eat, Pray, Love' without the airfare, the queues or the Bali belly!

I'm a mother of 2 ridiculously cute human beings and I'm on a mission to save the world before lunchtime. After lunch I'd like to take a little nap...

Between the kids, launching a new business and trying to have a life I'm looking for quick, practical practices that will keep me sane, healthy, content and soulful.

The assignments will be set by my (thus far) trusted colleagues. One per week, every week for a year. They get posted on a Tuesday, then I blog about the actual implications of carrying them out.

Anyone can play along - the more the merrier. It's free and it's an easy way to take ongoing bite sized chunks of the age-old human evolutionary process. It's also a lovely way to have some online community and support. Especially when you think you are the only person on the planet doing this kind of stuff.

You can dip in and out as it suits you. Bored with this weeks topic? There'll be a new one next week.

Or you can do the industrial strength version and challenge yourself to do some form of all these practices for the year. Maybe try it for a couple of weeks and see how you go. Imagine how evolved we'll all be by the end of it?!
